image upload

I tried my picture to my profile as a jpg and as a gif. I get a 500 error statement that the resource isn't available? I've used that picture on other profiles easily. Am I missing something? Marti

If you mean uploading a picture here, non-editors are not permitted to upload or use custom pictures.

I am an editor, but I can't upload pictures.

Where are you trying to upload a picture? You should be able to upload an image to your profile and as an avatar but nowhere else.
