I didn't get to finish application for URL

I got booted off my computer before finishing the application for a URL. I never got to enter my email or even a password. Now it won't let me back on.It shows an error

There are some server issues at the moment which have been reported to AOL's operational staff (They run our servers). Please try again tomorrow by when they will hopefully be fixed.

 

If you still have problems, by all means bump this thread with the actual error message that you see.
