Error message after URL submission

I have tried several times to submit my site, after completing the form I get the following blank screen with this message:

 

Proxy Error

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.

The proxy server could not handle the request POST /cgi-bin/add.cgi.

 

Reason: Error reading from remote server

This message is unknown to me. If someone can provide and answer he/she will. Until then remember that all editors answering questions here are doing this as a hobby and in their own time. Please be patient.

This was a ligament double posting not knowing the exact problem. Either a date entry problem on my part, or a script problem with ODP. Furthermore people with the same problem would look in either place for a fix, I did. Thanks for your help buddy!
