Can not contact Editor Proxy Error

I tried to contact editor of a category. But I receive the following error.

 

Proxy Error

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.

The proxy server could not handle the request POST /cgi-bin/send2.cgi.

 

Reason: Error reading from remote server

 

 

I tried it on Firefox 2.0.0.16 & IE 6 but same error I received.

 

Please help to resolve the problem.

This is an ittermittent problem we have encountered a few times during the last weeks.

It is know to our technical staff. As it is not a continues problem please try again after a few hours or tomorrow.

 

But let me say that contacting an editor through email is not necessary. Everything you want to ask an editor can be done here at R-Z. That is everything you are allowed to ask (ask for status or a prefered action is not allowed, not through email and not here at R-Z).

Also important to know is the that editors are advised never to answer emails. To many very negative experiences have made us to give this advise.
