I submitted my site on DMOZ last year if I'm not mistaken but it still not indexed [sure i posted it on exact category]. Are they really indexing free submission?

Yes, especially since there is no such thing as a non-free submission with DMOZ.

When you suggested your site, was it to the Kids&Teens directory? Sites in that directory need to be suitable for Kids and Teens ...

Hi, just find the category that best matches the content of your site, there is a link to suggest a site at the top of each category taking suggestions.
If the content is suitable for Kids and Teens (rather than about them) by all means pick a K&T category

All site suggestions are reviewed free by volunteer editors. There are never any fees.
