Site Submission Status

Hi, I submitted my site ( www.trancesystem.com) to DMOZ and i was wondering how far along it had got. I 99% sure its in Arts/Music/Directories/Techno,_Trance,_Rave_and_Dance/ Thank you for your help.

I'm hoping that someone here can give me a little guidance. I submitted my site, http://www.kidsedlinks.com , to http://dmoz.org/Reference/Education/Directories/ , twice over the past few months. It wasn't added to that category, and today a friend let me know that the site has been rejected as "not a directory". I'm confused. KidsEdLinks.com is very definitely a directory, with over 300 listings (okay, it's relatively new, and I'm still building the database /images/icons/wink.gif ). Dear Editior: My site is currently in this directory: http://dmoz.org/Regional/Middle_East/Iran/Business_and_Economy/Internet/Directories/ I sumbitted an application on 4-11-02 so that the site could also be considered in the news catagory: http://dmoz.org/Regional/Middle_East/Iran/News_and_Media/ I wrote a detailed letter but haven't heard anything yet. I am very confused about getting included in this directory! I submitted two different sites and the tracking service I use shows visits from DMOZ editors to both sites. The editor even downloaded eBooks from my eBook site but never included it. This was submitted to the Shopping/books/ebooks directory (www.totallydigitalbooks-online.com) The second site was submitted to business/marketing/internet marketing/resources (www.ebooks-and-ezines.com) The second site has a few affiliate links, but the majority of it does not. And it includes a plethora of free resources! I just don't understand, if someone could give me some direction on this I really would appreciate it…

Hello there- If I'm posting to the wrong category, my apologies. My site was previously in the index under: Health/Reproductive_Health/Infertility/Surrogacy_and_Egg-Embryo_Donation/Agencies However, it recently has disappeared. I have sent an e-mail to the Category editor and also resubmitted just in case, but wanted some input as to if it was removed for a reason or possibly by mistake? On March 26, I went looking for an appropriate category to add our URL. I chose Shopping/Travel/Luggage/Business/, but saw that it had no editor. On the same day, I applied to be an editor for that category. To date, I have not received a reply. About 4-6 weeks ago (I lost the exact date due to a computer crash), I decided I had better just submit to a relevant category that already had an editor. Hi, I have submitted my site (http://895-domain-name-registration.com) about a month ago (beginning of May, I think) to the category: http://dmoz.org/Computers/Internet/Domain_Names/8/. I just checked and still do not find it in the directory yet. Is there a way for me to know if someone has reviewed it yet and if not how much longer should I wait? I was considering resubmitting it but just thought may be I should drop a note here first.
