Site Submission

-Shopping-Home and garden-Kitchen and dining- cookware is where I should be, but I am not found anywhere in DMOZ. Can you crawl my site or view it at least to splain why not?

Hi there, I have submitted my site to Top: Shopping: Jewelry: Watches: Replicas since few weeeks ago. But I still not see my site listed on the category. I wonder if there is a problem with my submission.If so, how can I improve it and make my site listed? My friend who submitted his site a week ago before me has been listed in just a week time. Thanks and I would really appreciate for your advice.

I submitted this site, which I maintain for a friend, at the beginning of April and still have not seen it listed. Submitted to: dmoz.org/Shopping/Crafts/Woodcraft/Furniture/ In checking later, I noticed that the category doesn't have an editor, so is it possible someone else reviewed it? There has been only one addition to that category that I'm aware of (and that was this past week). Could you tell me if it is still waiting to be reviewed, or if it has been reviewed and has been rejected, and if so why? I submitted this site quite a while ago for a client and it hasn't "shown up" yet. I am wondering if this could be the problem: At one time she also had: http://www.voodoocrossroads.com/ which IS listed in dmoz (but is no longer a "functional" site)....(long story and no fault of this client)Someone else purchased the domain name and did not give the client "control" of it, so we just "started over" with new domain name.

We have repeatedly been submitting our site for the past 2 years (www.point2.com), with no results. Recently, the editor for the category that we were submitting to contacted us and said that we were submitting too often, but still wouldn't give us a reason as to why we weren't being listed. Would anyone happen to know why? We're at a loss here.....we're not sure if perhaps someone who worked here a few years ago possibly wrecked our chances of being listed by spamming or something. How would we be able to find out?

My site was listed in: http://dmoz.org/Regional/North_America/United_States/California/Localities/V/Vacaville/ and some editor decided to move it to... http://dmoz.org/Computers/Internet/Searching/Directories/Open_Directory_Project/Sites_Using_ODP_Data/V/ THEN! some editor deleted it from there... your guys at dmoz are stressing me out! /images/icons/frown.gif

I've submitted a URL (http://www.woodshopartisans.com) to the following category - http://dmoz.org/Shopping/Home_and_Garden/Home_Improvement/Cabinets/Custom-made/ There isn't an editor for that specific category. Should I contact "teeny" (two levels up in Home Improvement) or could someone here update me on the status? Thanks, Angela

I submitted www.griffinglasshouses.co.uk some time ago to Regional: Europe: United Kingdom: Business and Economy: Shopping: Home and Garden: Gardens: Structures: Greenhouses and still havent been listed. I have double checked the site and can't think of any reason why it might have been rejected. Can you please help? I am curious as to the status of my submission about 6 weeks ago to: http://dmoz.org/Shopping/Music/Related_Merchandise/Gifts/ at the bottom of this page it says "This category needs an editor" - when this is the case who looks into the submission?
