If your site is one of those than it might be rejected.
If it is not a type of site we do not list than it must be still waiting review.
There is no typical time between suggestion and review. It can vary between a few days and several years.
I will not answer PM or emails send to me. If you have anything to ask please use the forum.

I appreciate the quick response... I've read through the guidelines and don't see anything that would jeopardize my submission. Is it feasible for me to manage a category in which I have a vested interest? I'm open to submitting an application to be an editor for the Wastewater: Products and Services category but would the fact that I own multiple wastewater treatment facilities be a conflict of interest? Again, your response is appreciated...

Feel free to submit an editor application as we are always looking for new editors. Just be sure to give a complete and upfront answer to the section of the application where it asks for sites you are associated with.

If you are talking about http://www.dmoz.org/...s_and_Services/ then I would suggest picking a smaller category to begin with, possibly a Wastewater subcategory. The main Wastewater category is too large for a new editor.

I appreciate your prompt response... I'm going to take your advice and try my luck with the Science: Environment: Water Resources: Wastewater: Household Wastewater Management: Products and Services (11) category... I submitted my application a few minutes ago. I look forward to the opportunity to contribute so wish me luck and thank you again!

Many websites are discovered and listed years before they've been suggested by their owners - negative response times
I prefer to answer questions in the forum and ignore uninvited PMs from non-editors.
