I have the very same problem as cls did. I have been approved as an editor just today and after I logged in I tried to view the forum as recommended. Nevertheless, I am asked for my credentials and I am not able to login (I get the same message as cls: "You have specified an incorrect or inactive username, or an invalid password.")
I tried to view the list of meta-editors at http://editors.dmoz....oc/editall.html, but all I get is the 404 NOT FOUND Error. I also tried to send a feedback to staff@dmoz.org, but it also returned back to me as undeliverable.
Hope someone here will know how to help me.
Thanks a lot!

I prefer to answer questions in the forum and ignore uninvited PMs from non-editors.

Nevertheless, there are two errors remaining - one with the list of meta-editors and the second with the undeliverable e-mails for staff@dmoz.org. Don't know if someone capable of fixing those reads this, but may be.

The URL you are using for the list of meta editors is out of date. The new URL can be found by accessing the list from your editor dashboard. AOL are aware of the staff@dmoz.org email problem.
Thanks for letting us know about these problems and I'm glad you can now login to the forums.
