Here is the thread people seem to go to but inactives can't post to it.

Suggest that people who need to post to regain access to resource-zone posting post here since the members lounge doesn't allow posting from inactive members.
(or this could be moved to bugs or something).

Spamming or trolling both work - but it looks like you'll have to have the editor status changed too ...
