phpOpen is multi-platform compatible. phpOpen is a free PHP script that grabs the contents of the Open Directory dynamically and formats them to make your own version of the Open Directory. This means that you can add an entire web directory to your own website.

Yes, it looks the poster is advertising a script that uses ODP data. That is OK though, because this forum deals with ways to use ODP data.
The question asked by brmehlman if that script complies with the ODP-license hasn´t been answered, so I guess one can assume that the script is not using ODP data correctly.

I wouldn't make that guess based on the fact that the question is not answered yet.
The original poster has not visited RZ after the question was asked. That would be a good reason why the question is not answered yet.

Well, I thought that if one were truly interested in marketing a legitimate service here, he would be interested to see what others replied to his first post. To me it seems that he was only interested to provide a link to his site (which was removed of course) and wasn´t interested in discussing a legitimite useful service...
