Okay: I thinK I figured this thing out. I would like to become an editor
for my hometown. Newmarket ontario Canada. I have the complete list of Newmarket chamber of commerce members, which my old cleaning company is still part of. (I was bought out by my ex-partner.) A list of all the merchants.

I've personally worked with our local regional councillor, I know the best places
to shop, visit,hotels, malls, and I worked as a travelling sales rep for all of GTA (Greater Toronto Area) 5000 km a month. I know Newmarket and Surrounding areas like the back of my hand.Especially York region

This is what you should do.

Go to your chosen category.
Click on become an editor.
Fill out the form.

It's extremely unlikely that the meta who evaluates your application will be aware of this thread.

You can tell from the "Application Information: Tips and Advice" that it's best to start with a category 100 sites or less, so maybe applying for a subcategory of Newmarket might be a better choice than the whole locality.

I'm not sure if I really care to know or not, but just out of curiosity, why was this guy banned? I live in markham, ont and would have found these threads of interest.... :)
